How to make it

  • Mix all in crockpot, except rice n shrimp.
  • Cook on low for 7-8 hours, Stir in shrimp n cook another hour or until shrimp are pink n firm. Serve with cooked rice.

    I made this jambalaya tonight, and it turned out really well! It was so fast to throw together this mornings, and the smell was so delicious when I got home from work. I ended up using much less rice than 4 cups though - more like 2 cups. And did you mean 1/4 cup of pepper? I used more like a 1/4 tsp. Otherwise, it was great!
