How to make it

  • Blend mango until smooth. Combine mango puree and pulp in a container with cover. Keep in refrigerator.
  • Blend strawberries for 3 minutes. No need to be too smooth as you want to see some chunks. Put puree in container with cover in the refrigerator.
  • Beat the whipped cream until soft peaks form.
  • Take out the mango and strawberry puree from the refrigerator.
  • Fold in yogurt and the whipped cream until smooth and well blended. Do not over blend as it will turn watery!
  • Using tallglass or wine glass, tilting aside, scoop the mango puree into it, slowly scoop the yogurt cream to layer on top, lastly layer with the strawberry puree. It will have layers of yellow, white, red. (You may forgo the strawberry if you are a mango lover!
  • Lastly, garnish it with diced mango and mint leaves.
  • If you have more time to spare, you may dip the whole strawberries in dark chocolate, serve on a dessert plate together with the mango dessert, It looked GREAT!
