Ingredients
  • 1/12 lb beef tenderoin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp crushed red chili pepper
  • 4 clove chopped garlic
  • fish sauce to taste
  • pinch msg (optional)
  • 2 tbsp of palm sugar
  • pich black pepper
  • 1/3 cup mix color bell pepper, medium size bite
  • half of onion, medium size bite
  • 1 carrot, peel and thinly sliced
  • 2 long green bean, cut 1/2 inch pieces
  • basil leaves for topping
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp corn starch, in water mixture
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp thick soy sauce or dark soy sauce ( nomally sweet)

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, add garlic and oil, cook until golden brown.
  2. Add red chili pepper and cook about 1-2 mintues in low heat.
  3. Bring heat up to medium high, add beef, cook until beef are done, for about 5-6 mintues.
  4. Add all vegetables, cook for another 3 minutes or until vegetables are done.
  5. Add sugar, fish sauce, thick soy sauce, msg and black pepper. Stir to coat.
  6. Add cornstarch a little at a time for thickness and it ready to serve.
  7. Before serve, place fresh basil on top for garnish.
  8. Best serve over Jasmine rice.
  9. ENJOY !!
