How to make it

  • Add soy sauce and vinegar together in a measuring cup.
  • Lightly spray the bottom of 2 baking pans with cooking spray (Pam).
  • Add 5 or 6 chicken pieces, such as thighs and drumsticks, to each pan. Don't crowd them together.
  • Pour 1/2 the soy sauce mixture into each pan.
  • Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes then turn over chicken pieces.
  • Continue baking for 1/2 an hour more, or until most of the liquid is evaporated and meat is falling off the bone.
