Chicken Adobo Recipe
A favorite Filipino dish that can be made with chicken or pork. Cooking out? Marinate the chicken in the soy sauce and vinegar and baste frequently with the mixture while grilling.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 10 pieces Chicken

Directions
  1. Add soy sauce and vinegar together in a measuring cup.
  2. Lightly spray the bottom of 2 baking pans with cooking spray (Pam).
  3. Add 5 or 6 chicken pieces, such as thighs and drumsticks, to each pan. Don't crowd them together.
  4. Pour 1/2 the soy sauce mixture into each pan.
  5. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes then turn over chicken pieces.
  6. Continue baking for 1/2 an hour more, or until most of the liquid is evaporated and meat is falling off the bone.
