Ingredients

* 1 cup all-purpose flour

* 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

* 1/2 package ranch dressing mix

* 2 eggs, beaten

* 1/2 cup milk

* 1 pound cheese curds

* 1 quart oil for frying

ranch for dipping

Directions

combine flower baking powder and dressing mix in a bowl

add in eggs and milk, you can add more milk if you prefer a thinner batter

heat oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to about medium

coat cheese curds in batter and deep fry until golden brown (about 1 min)
