Ingredients
  • 1/2-2 pound london broil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • mustard (enough to lightly coat the entire steak)

Directions
  1. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Brush with mustard
  3. Grill quickly over medium-high coals until it has reached desired doneness.
  4. Remove from heat and let stand 8-10 min for the temperature to equalize (this also helps with tenderness).
