A savory gravy. *serving suggestions* add hot bits of sausage and pour over hot biscuits and serve with grits.

Ingredients
  • 2tbsp. flour
  • meat drippings
  • 2 c. milk
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Add flour to drippings in skillet after frying meat( sausage,ham,pork,beef);
  2. mix well.
  3. add milk slowly; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Stir in pepper.add more milk if gravy is thicker than you want it.
