Ingredients
- 6 Stalks Poke Greens (Cleaned ,rinsed off with water)
- 8 Eggs
- 1/4 cup onions{Chopped
- !/3cup cookin oil{Hot}
- Salt and Pepper to taste.

Directions
- In a quart pan of boiling water Place poke greens after cleaned {Boil 5 minutes{Drain off water .} Take a Mixing Bowl Put.Eggs in it mix Throughly. Pour poke greens into egg mixture{mix the Add 1/4 chopped onions{Fry till desired doneness on medium heat.
