How to make it

  • Saute chicken breasts and onions (both) in 2 tablespoons butter.When cooked and cooled,cut into cubes and set aside
  • Steam broccoli, carrots and cauliflower until crisp tender,drain and set aside
  • Boil pasta ala dente.Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan,melt rest of butter stick with milk. Add pasta, cubed chicken breasts,all vegetables and herbs . Stir well but gently.Add salt and pepper then add the parmesan/romano cheese and gently stir again. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish.
