How to make it

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees
  • Grease 11 x 16 inch jelly roll pan.
  • Beat sugar, pumpkin, eggs, and oil.
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Pour into a greased 11x16-inch edged cookie sheet (jellyroll pan).
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  • Let cool completely
  • Frost with cream cheese frosting
