My most requested recipe for work potlucks. Great dessert for any meal and makes a lot. My all-time favorite!

Ingredients
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c vegetable oil
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees
  2. Grease 11 x 16 inch jelly roll pan.
  3. Beat sugar, pumpkin, eggs, and oil.
  4. Add dry ingredients.
  5. Pour into a greased 11x16-inch edged cookie sheet (jellyroll pan).
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  7. Let cool completely
  8. Frost with cream cheese frosting
