How to make it

  • Mix together the flour, salt & pepper and herbs & spices.
  • Roll the chicken first through the flour, then the egg, then the flour again.
  • Fry until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve imediately.

    This looks like a great recipe, but it doesn't say what to fry it in... For crispy every time, no matter what pan you use, I suggest shortening: http://imunchie.com/oliviab/munchies/pan-fried-chicken
