Morels and eggs

- 1 handful of fresh morels or a reconstituted equivalent shopping list
- 10 eggs shopping list
- a few oz of grated havarti or provolone shopping list
- 4 strips of crispy bacon shopping list
- 1 tbs milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/4 stick of butter shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the mushrooms lengthwise into quarters and fry in 1/4 c butter for a few minutes, set aside.
- beat the eggs with milk salt and pepper and add to the mushroom butter in the pan, stir frequently till almost set, add cheese and bacon, take off heat.
- Add the mushrooms, serve with fresh fruit and toast.
- Enjoy!

This is the best way to eat them up, have you ever ate the false morels? Some say it's ok you just get that drunk feeling if you eat too many, kind of sedated.
