Sunday Fried Venison And Mac And Cheese Recipe
Had this the other day I made up the seasonings myself. And the tenderizer to, been having this dish for a long time. And of course the Mac. and Cheese to. A nice salad and a veggie side dish, buttered homemade soft rolls.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb. venison tenderloin
  • Creole seasoning, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Buttermilk
  • All-purpose flour to coat
  • Cooking oil
  • MAC AND CHEESE:
  • 2 cups of cooked macaroni
  • 8 oz. chunk mild cheddar cheese, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1/2 block Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • Milk

Directions
  1. Season meat with Creole seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Then tenderize the meat.
  3. Place meat in large bowl and cover with buttermilk.
  4. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes, drain.
  5. Flour meat.
  6. heat oil in frying pan and fry meat until done about 20-30 minutes.
  7. Mac. And Cheese:
  8. Melt cheeses and soup into macaroni, add milk to desired consistency.
  9. Pour mixture into glass baking dish.
  10. Bake at 350*F. until done and crispy on top.
