For meat , can use the mutton too . But I prefer the beef .

Ingredients
  • 500 g meat , cooked and minced in a mixer
  • 1 onion , grated and fried
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 egg hard boiled , sliced
  • 5 tbsp bread crumbs
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • butter

Directions
  1. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Add the meat , eggs , bread crumbs , salt and pepper to the mixer and blend for 1 min
  3. Shape into 2 flat rectangular pieces , almost 2 inch thick
  4. Arrange egg slices on top of one piece and cover it with another piece
  5. Brush with some butter and bake for 20 mins or until slightly brown
