How to make it

  • Generously butter 4 individual sheets of aluminum foil
  • Put 2 drumsticks on one sheet
  • 1 serving of pintos on same sheet
  • 1 ear of corn on same sheet
  • Now, salt the pintos
  • Pour barbecue sauce over chicken (approx 1/4 cup)
  • Use really softened butter, and butter the ear of corn
  • Salt corn
  • Wrap in heavy foil really tight so the juices don't drip out.
  • Repeat process with remaining foil and ingredients
  • Place above the flames and cook approximately 20 to 45 minutes
  • The time really depends on the intensity of the fire..you can slow walk it with a medium flame
  • Open pouch and enjoy
