How to make it

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add tea bags and steep for 2 mins.
  • Add rice, bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 20 mins.
  • Let rice cool then add cinnamon sugar to taste.
  • Add remaining ingredients and garnish with cinnamon
