How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. (yea I know it seems hot but trust me.)
  • Spread the beans out on a baking pan.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the beans and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Use a pair of tongs and move the beans around to coat them with the oil and salt.
  • Before putting them in the oven try to get them into a single layer as best you can.
  • Bake them for 20 minutes or until they start to get brown in spots.
  • Half way through the baking, use the tongs again to move them around on the pan.

    I love them done this way! It changes the flavor .. U can do them on a gas grill too! Great!
