- 2 pounds beef skirt steak shopping list
- juice of 3 small limes shopping list
- 3 large garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons tequila shopping list
- 2 large poblano peppers seeded and halved shopping list
- 2 medium white onions cut into wedges shopping list
- 12 flour tortillas shopping list
How to make it
- Combine lime juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and tequila.
- Add sliced peppers, onion and skirt steak then marinate in refrigerator overnight.
- Wrap tortillas in foil and place on outer edge of grill to warm turning once.
- Place marinated steaks, peppers and onions on grill 5" over medium hot coals.
- Cook 12 minutes uncovered then remove steak from grill and allow to rest 5 minutes.
- Slice at an angle across grain into 1/4" thick strips.
- Cut poblano peppers into strips then arrange carved steak, peppers and onion on a platter.
- Serve with warm tortillas.
