Ingredients

1/2 cup onions finely chopped

1 teaspoon canola oil

2 cups water

1 ( 15 ounce) can or jar of pizza sauce

1 cup pepperoni chopped

1 cup fresh tomatoes chopped

1/2 cup cooked sausage

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese for topping

Directions

In a large saucepan, saute onions in oil for 2- to 3 minutes or until tender.

add water, pizza sauce, pepperoni, tomatoes, and sausage.

bring to a boil over medium heat.

reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

stirring occasionally.

before serving stir in parmesan cheese.

garnish with mozzarella on top of each bowl.......

This is perfect for kids and adult kids as well (that means my husband - Hahaha). If you have a picky eater on hands that doesn't want soup, just make on of this and you will be the hero of the day. Great posting!
