Whole Wheat Couscous With Olives and Sundried Tomatoes

- 1 cup whole wheat couscous shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup mixed olives pitted and coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes sliced in thin strips shopping list
How to make it
- Boil water in sauce pan then add couscous and remove from heat.
- Cover with lid and let sit 5 minutes then fluff couscous with a fork.
- Add olives and tomatoes then mix gently.
