Whole Wheat Couscous With Olives And Sundried Tomatoes Recipe
WHOLE WHEAT COUSCOUS WITH OLIVES AND SUNDRIED TOMATOES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Carlyle Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1987.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole wheat couscous
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup mixed olives pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes sliced in thin strips

Directions
  1. Boil water in sauce pan then add couscous and remove from heat.
  2. Cover with lid and let sit 5 minutes then fluff couscous with a fork.
  3. Add olives and tomatoes then mix gently.
