How to make it

  • Spray 12" skillet with cooking spray.
  • Mix all ingredients except rosemary-mint sauce.
  • Heat skillet over medium heat
  • Shape meat mixture into 6 patties.
  • Cook patties in skillet 5 minutes, turn.
  • Cook 5 minutes longer until no longer pink in center.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Rosemary-Mint Sauce
  • Mix all ingredients pour over lamburgers.
  • Serve with buttered noodles, steamed carrots or of your choice.

    I can not eat lamb due to something my Pop, told me as a child but it does sounds very good.
