Lamburgers With Rosemary-Mint Sauce Recipe
I made these some time ago and found this recipe on my disk's that i had not labeled so here it is and is it ever tasty.

Ingredients
  • BURGERS:
  • 1-1/2 lb. lean ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
  • ROSEMARY-MINT SAUCE:
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Directions
  1. Spray 12" skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients except rosemary-mint sauce.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat
  4. Shape meat mixture into 6 patties.
  5. Cook patties in skillet 5 minutes, turn.
  6. Cook 5 minutes longer until no longer pink in center.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Rosemary-Mint Sauce
  9. Mix all ingredients pour over lamburgers.
  10. Serve with buttered noodles, steamed carrots or of your choice.

I can not eat lamb due to something my Pop, told me as a child but it does sounds very good.
