Lamburgers with Rosemary-Mint Sauce

- BURGERS: shopping list
- 1-1/2 lb. lean ground lamb shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves shopping list
- rosemary-MINT SAUCE: shopping list
- 1 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves crushed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin shopping list
How to make it
- Spray 12" skillet with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients except rosemary-mint sauce.
- Heat skillet over medium heat
- Shape meat mixture into 6 patties.
- Cook patties in skillet 5 minutes, turn.
- Cook 5 minutes longer until no longer pink in center.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Rosemary-Mint Sauce
- Mix all ingredients pour over lamburgers.
- Serve with buttered noodles, steamed carrots or of your choice.
