- 1 cup Japanese style (medium grain) rice shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- Splash of soy sauce shopping list
- Dash of sugar shopping list
- Furikake (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook rice as directed on package (I use my rice cooker)
- When rice is done, put in large bowl (quickly so it is very hot)
- crack egg into steaming hot rice
- Add splash of soy sauce
- Add pinch of sugar
- Mix together until one solid color (important that rice is hot so it cooks the egg)
- Sprinkle on some Furikake if so desired (still delicious without)
- Enjoy!
