How to make it

  • Cook rice as directed on package (I use my rice cooker)
  • When rice is done, put in large bowl (quickly so it is very hot)
  • crack egg into steaming hot rice
  • Add splash of soy sauce
  • Add pinch of sugar
  • Mix together until one solid color (important that rice is hot so it cooks the egg)
  • Sprinkle on some Furikake if so desired (still delicious without)
  • Enjoy!
