This is a mild sushi, great for those who are just venturing into the world of sushi and fish. The smoked salmon tastes very similar to honey-baked ham, so those with an aversion to fish might actually like it!

  • 6 sheets nori
  • 3.5 cups sushi rice
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Directions
  1. Cook sushi rice.
  2. Slice the smoked salmon into thin strips, about 1/2 inch wide.
  3. Cut cream cheese into thin sticks, about 1 cm wide.
  4. Roll the sushi, using smoked salmon and cream cheese as your fillings.
  5. Serve with shoyu, wasabi, green onion, and ginger if desired. Enjoy!
