Ingredients
  • 2 or 3 lengths of pork shortribs (sorry I am not sure how many pounds/kilograms that is)
  • Beef boullion or stock powder
  • Melted butter
  • Lemon Juice
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Dried Oregano
  • Dried Rosemary
  • Dried Basil
  • (use whatever spices/herbs you prefer, but these are what I use)

Directions
  1. Cut ribs into four or five piece sections. Place in large pot of beef stock and simmer for as long as you have time for (at least 2 hours).
  2. Place ribs meaty side down in metal baking dish. Brush with melted butter. Add powdered spices, then dried spices. The ribs should be smothered in seasoning, you should not see any meat (it seems like overkill but it's not).
  3. Flip ribs over so meaty side is up and repeat with melted butter and spices/herbs.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  5. Bake at a very low heat (250) until browned (an hour or so, just watch them). Sprinkle with lemon juice every 20 minutes or so.
