This is awesome! I don't know why it is called soup because to me, soup is hot, not cold. But it is easy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries, stemmed, and pureed
- 2 cups sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup white wine
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Serve chilled.

This is so close to a recipe I posted and we had the initial same response... although we have had other cold soups. Definitely a summer favorite and gorgeous to serve at lunch or dinner parties.
