Homemade Ham Soup

- 7 c ham both shopping list
- 2 ½ c water shopping list
- 6 c spaghetti shopping list
- 3 c Chopped cooked ham shopping list
- 1 c corn drained shopping list
- 1 sm onion shopping list
- 4 tsp chicken bouillon shopping list
- 1 tsp parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp basil shopping list
- pepper & salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Chop up spaghetti into 1 inch long
- 2. Chop up the ham into cubes with no skin
- 3. Chop up onion diced fine
- 4. Add liquids both & water to a large pot
- 5. Add chicken bouillon & stir
- 6. Add spaghetti, ham, corn and onion
- 7. Add your spices parsley, basil, pepper & salt
- 8. Cook on med. Heat for 20 min. stirring occasionally
- 9. Reduce the heat & cover to simmer for apx. 1 hour.
- 10. If you don’t have enough ham both. Use water, but you will have to alter your chicken bouillon apx. 1 tsp per cup of water.
