Ingredients
  • Chicken breast meat cut up into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 TBS soy sause
  • Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
  • Ginger
  • olive oil
  • Carrots sliced thin
  • onions sliced thin
  • snow peas
  • any other veggies you want
  • rice

Directions
  1. mix soy sauce; red pepper; and ginger in ziplock plastic bag
  2. add cut up chicken breast, seal with as much air out of bag as possible.
  3. place in fridge for 4 hours
  4. heat oil in pan and add chicken
  5. cook till done remove from pan
  6. add veggies cook till tender-crisp
  7. add chicken back and warm
  8. serve over warm rice
