How to make it

  • mix soy sauce; red pepper; and ginger in ziplock plastic bag
  • add cut up chicken breast, seal with as much air out of bag as possible.
  • place in fridge for 4 hours
  • heat oil in pan and add chicken
  • cook till done remove from pan
  • add veggies cook till tender-crisp
  • add chicken back and warm
  • serve over warm rice
