- 250g marg shopping list
- 2 cups castor sugar shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups self raising flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- lemon ess or zest of lemon shopping list
- syrup:1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- cream marg and sugar
- add eggs,one at a time
- add flour
- add milk
- add ess
- pour into tin
- bake at 180 degrees till skewer comes out clean
- syrup:boil ingred together,til syrupy but not very thick
- prick cake with fork
- pour syrup over
- and good scoop of ice cream
