This was passed down to me from the sweetest old lady I've ever known. I got my husband's family to ALL eat this and they NEVER ate broccoli before this. They ask for it all the time!

Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz bag of broccoli florets
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup ( or any cream of... soup in the pantry works)
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped or miced(depends on how well you like onion)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups of Cheezit's

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. cook broccoli according to package
  3. while broccoli cooks in a large bowl mix together soup, onion, mayo, and cheddar cheese.
  4. drain broccoli and mix in with soup mixture.
  5. spray a 9 x 13 dish with cooking spray, poor broccoli mixture into it.
  6. In a large zip lock bag pour cheezit's into it, close bag tight and crush cheezit's
  7. pour cheezit's onto top of broccoli
  8. put in preheated oven for 25-30 mins, until bubbly.
