Lomi Lomi Salmon

- 1-1/2 pounds salmon fillets shopping list
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 3 tomatoes diced shopping list
- 1 small white onion diced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lime juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Lay salmon on bed of salt in glass dish then cover with salt.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- The following day rinse off salt and dice salmon.
- Mix tomatoes and onions with salmon then add in other ingredients.
- Chill until ready to serve.
