How to make it

  • Mix dry ingredients included coconut
  • add water, oil and egg, club soda (mix well, batter should cling to shrimp)
  • Use a fork and scoop out one shrimp at a time placing into hot oil.
  • Fry until brown, remove and place onto papertowel or something to drain off excess oil. It tasted like it would go great with a honey mustard sauce.
