Appetizer that goes great with home made Marinara Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Egg roll Wrappers shopping list
- 1 lb. Ground italian sausage shopping list
- 1 sm. onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 clove Garlic, minced shopping list
- Shredded Asiago shopping list
- Shredded Parmesan shopping list
- Shredded Mozzarella shopping list
- 1 Egg in bowl used for "egg wash" shopping list
How to make it
- In Lg. Frying pan, heat up a couple of TBS. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cook Italian Sausage, Onion and Minced Garlic
- Place Egg in bowl, to create an "Egg wash"
- Take some Italian Sausage and put in middle of Egg Wrapper,
- top with a mixture of Shredded Asiago, parm and Mozzerella.
- Roll up.
- Brush some Egg wash on Wrapper and seal the Side.
- repeat steps.
- Deep Fry until Golden
- ** Serve with Marinara.
