How to make it

  • In Lg. Frying pan, heat up a couple of TBS. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cook Italian Sausage, Onion and Minced Garlic
  • Place Egg in bowl, to create an "Egg wash"
  • Take some Italian Sausage and put in middle of Egg Wrapper,
  • top with a mixture of Shredded Asiago, parm and Mozzerella.
  • Roll up.
  • Brush some Egg wash on Wrapper and seal the Side.
  • repeat steps.
  • Deep Fry until Golden
  • ** Serve with Marinara.
