Tuscan Bread Salad

Easy Filling Salad , great for a Summer Day when You would rather be outside than cooking. Also a great Start to a Meal!
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Cubed Italian bread, toasted shopping list
- 2 C Washed, torn arugula shopping list
- 1 C Chopped, Seeded tomato shopping list
- 1 C Chopped cucumber shopping list
- 1/2 C Shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3/4 C Italian dressing shopping list
How to make it
- Toss Bread with Arugula, Tomato, Cucumber and Cheese in Large bowl.
- Add Dressing before serving.
- Enjoy!
