This is a quick and easy way to dress up plain mayo for dishes like steamed artichokes, french fries, sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2T Mayo [or more depending on how much you need] shopping list
- 1t of fresh squeezed lemon [up to one whole lemon, if necessary] shopping list
- 1 - 2 crushed garlic cloves [add as many as you like for taste shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- *optional: add pesto or any other spices like paprika - experiment! shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together. You can add more of any of the ingredients....it's up to you and how you want it to taste!
