Andes Mint Cookies

- 2 Packages (18 oz each) refrigerated miniature chocolate chip cookie dough shopping list
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract shopping list
- 1 box (5 oz) Andes chocolate covered mint candies (or other variety/brand) -They should be about 3/4 inch across- shopping list

- If you do not like the pre-made cookie doughs, you can find your own recipe for chocolate chip cookie dough instead of the already made dough. shopping list

How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 350F
- Lightly grease cookie sheets
- Let the pre made dough stand at room temp for about 15 minutes
- Combine the doughs, flour, and peppermint extract in a large bowl
- Beat until blended
- Shape dough into 1 inch balls, place 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet
- Bake for 5 minutes
- Remove from oven and press one candy into each dough ball
- Bake additionally 4-6 minutes or until edges are lightly browned
- Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet then remove them to a wire rack and cool completely
- Let mouths water and people enjoy your delightful treat!
