This is a big favorite at my house... everybody loves hot fudge sundaes... but they should really like the miniature version!

Ingredients
  • 1 package (18oz) of referidgerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5-7 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 9 Maraschino cherries , cut into quarters
  • *
  • Hot fudge ice cream topping, colored sprinkles, and aerosol whipped topping

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F
  2. Spray outsides of 36 mini (13/4 inch) muffin pan cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Let cookie dough stand at room temp for about 15 min.
  4. Combine cookie dough and cocoa in a large bowl
  5. Beat until well blended
  6. Devide dough into 36 equal pieces
  7. Shape each piece over outside of prepared muffin pan cup
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set
  9. Cool on pans for 10 minutes
  10. Remove cups from pans, cool completely on wire racks
  11. Fill each cooled cookie with 2-3 tablespoons of icecream
  12. Drizzle with hot fudge sauce
  13. Top with sprinkles
  14. Garnish each sundae cup with whipped topping and cherry quarter
  15. *** You can put whatever toppings you please on your sundae***
