How to make it
- BAKE CAKE AND LET COOL USING A WOODEN SPOON POKE HOLES IN THE CAKE
- POUR EAGLE BRAND MILK OVER THE CAKE ALONG WITH TOPPINGS
- SPREAD ON CAKE
- WAIT TIL TOPPINGS SOAK INTO CAKE
- TOP WITH CRUSHED BARS AND COOL WHIP
