How to make it

  • Cover both sides of pork chops with rosemary, black pepper and salt. In large sauté pan, sear both sides of chops until brown. Add onion and cook for 2 minutes until soft. Add by leaf, a pinch of chili powder and remaining ingredients except green pepper. Simmer for approximately 30 minutes or until rice is almost cooked. Add diced green pepper for remaining 10 minutes
