Kentucky Bourbon Pecan Pie

This is a Kentucky Derby tradition
Ingredients
- 3/4 c light corn syrup shopping list
- 1/4 c butter shopping list
- 1 c sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 2 tbsp bourbon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped pecans shopping list
- pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar
- add beaten eggs, syrup, salt, vanilla
- Stir in chocolate bits, nuts and bourbon
- Pour into shell and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes
- Serve with cool whip
