I was wanting something different and came up with this.It is really good.

Ingredients
  • 2 LB'S Ground beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp.Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Pepsi Cola
  • 1 Cup or More Italian Bread Crumbs

Directions
  1. Mix altogether shape into loaf.Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  2. I wanted meatloaf and didn't have much to put in one.So I kind of came up with this.Very Very Moist and so good.
  3. Can also cook this in the crockpot on Low for 4-5 hours then check for doneness.I am cooking my in CP right now!
