Nettys Salsa Breakfast Enchiladas

- 2 whole eggs shopping list
- grated Chedder and mozzerella shopping list
- 2 corn tortillas shopping list
- your favorite salsa shopping list
- 1 oven safe plate shopping list
How to make it
- Set broiler to low
- Scramble eggs then put aside
- warm corn tortillas
- put on 1 oven safe plate
- add half of eggs to tortilla
- add a little cheese then Roll
- repeat previouse 4 steps
- Top off with salsa and cheese
- Put in broiler till warm and cheese is melted.( you don't want the plate in the oven too long)
- take out carefully and serve immediatly.
- If you like you can make more and use a cassarole dish heat at 350 and heat till hot and melted.
