Chocolate Lovers Cheesepie Hersheys Recipe

This is a recipe that has been asked for over and over, and is always asked for at family functions!

Ingredients
- 3 bricks cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 extra-serving-size graham crust
- 2 tbsp. whipping cream
- Package of Hershey's mini-chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
- Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
- Stir in all but 1/3 cup chocolate chips by hand, pour into crust.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 250 *DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR* and bake another 30 minutes.
- Cool, cover and chill.
- Put remaining 1/3 cup chips and whipping cream into a small bowl. Microwave 20-30 seconds on HI, you should be able to blend these items together until smooth.
- Spread evenly over pie.
- Keep leftovers in fridge, if you have any!! :)
