Mughlai Mutton Masal

- 1 K mutton shopping list
- 6 green chillies and 10 tsp corriander leaves - set aside some for garnishing shopping list
- 10 kashmiri chillies , 2 inch cinnamon stick , 6 cloves garlic , 2 cumin - grind to paste shopping list
- Add 2 C cubed onions , 6 cardamoms, 4 cloves , 15 peppercorns , 2 tsp ginger , 2 tsp mint leaves , pinch of tumeric and grind again to make a paste shopping list
- Add another 2 C cubed onions and grind for 15 secs . shopping list
- 1 C curd , lightly beaten shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the masala paste in ghee until light brown .
- Add the curd and fry until the ghee separates .
- Add the mutton , salt and 3/4 C water .
- Pressure cook till done .
- Serve hot , garnished with coriander leaves .
