Ingredients

1 K mutton

6 green chillies and 10 tsp corriander leaves - set aside some for garnishing

10 kashmiri chillies , 2 inch cinnamon stick , 6 cloves garlic , 2 cumin - grind to paste

Add 2 C cubed onions , 6 cardamoms, 4 cloves , 15 peppercorns , 2 tsp ginger , 2 tsp mint leaves , pinch of tumeric and grind again to make a paste

Add another 2 C cubed onions and grind for 15 secs .

1 C curd , lightly beaten

Salt to taste

Directions

Fry the masala paste in ghee until light brown .

Add the curd and fry until the ghee separates .

Add the mutton , salt and 3/4 C water .

Pressure cook till done .

Serve hot , garnished with coriander leaves .
