Ingredients
  • 1 K mutton
  • 6 green chillies and 10 tsp corriander leaves - set aside some for garnishing
  • 10 kashmiri chillies , 2 inch cinnamon stick , 6 cloves garlic , 2 cumin - grind to paste
  • Add 2 C cubed onions , 6 cardamoms, 4 cloves , 15 peppercorns , 2 tsp ginger , 2 tsp mint leaves , pinch of tumeric and grind again to make a paste
  • Add another 2 C cubed onions and grind for 15 secs .
  • 1 C curd , lightly beaten
  • Salt to taste

Directions
  1. Fry the masala paste in ghee until light brown .
  2. Add the curd and fry until the ghee separates .
  3. Add the mutton , salt and 3/4 C water .
  4. Pressure cook till done .
  5. Serve hot , garnished with coriander leaves .
