How to make it

  • Puree the first six ingredients in a blender or food processor to make a thick paste.
  • Wearing rubber gloves,rub the paste all over the chicken.
  • Let breasts sit for 15 min.
  • Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium -high heat.
  • Brown breasts on each side for 2 min.
  • Reduce heat and cook until the juices run clear, or done,about 15 min.
