Jamaican Jerk Chicken

- 3 habanero or scotch bonnet peppers,stemmed and seeded(wear rubber gloves!) shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. allspice,ground shopping list
- 3 Tbsp.lime juice shopping list
- 2 scallions,chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp.cinnamon,ground shopping list
- 1 tsp.nutmeg,ground shopping list
- 4 boneles,skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil shopping list
How to make it
- Puree the first six ingredients in a blender or food processor to make a thick paste.
- Wearing rubber gloves,rub the paste all over the chicken.
- Let breasts sit for 15 min.
- Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium -high heat.
- Brown breasts on each side for 2 min.
- Reduce heat and cook until the juices run clear, or done,about 15 min.
