Beer Glazed Potatoes

- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 4 medium potatoes cut in 1/2" wedges shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 medium green sweet pepper cut in 1/2" wedges shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup pale ale, lager or amber beer shopping list
- 1/4 cup beef broth shopping list
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet heat olive oil over medium heat then layer potatoes into skillet.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper then cook uncovered over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Turn occasionally then stir in green sweet pepper and onion then cook and stir 5 minutes more.
- Add beer, broth and brown sugar then cook uncovered 5 minutes more.
