Twice Baked Ranch Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

4 baking potatoes

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon real bacon bits

1/4 pound Velveeta cheese cut up

Directions

Bake potatoes at 400 for 1 hour then slice off tops of potatoes and scoop out.

Mash potatoes then add dressing, sour cream and bacon bits and beat until fluffy.

Stir Velveeta into potato mixture then spoon into shells and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Holy Mary Mother of God, this sounds good. I just printed out a different potato recipe to try tonight, so I'll have to try this one tomorrow. I just got a HUGE bag of home-grown potatoes from my father-in-law, and they beat the heck out of the store-bought potatoes for flavor. Can't wait to try this one!
