How to make it

  • Bake potatoes at 400 for 1 hour then slice off tops of potatoes and scoop out.
  • Mash potatoes then add dressing, sour cream and bacon bits and beat until fluffy.
  • Stir Velveeta into potato mixture then spoon into shells and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

    Holy Mary Mother of God, this sounds good. I just printed out a different potato recipe to try tonight, so I'll have to try this one tomorrow. I just got a HUGE bag of home-grown potatoes from my father-in-law, and they beat the heck out of the store-bought potatoes for flavor. Can't wait to try this one!
