How to make it

  • Put meat in tupperware container that has lid on it
  • poke holes into beef.really go crazy with it, you cant have too many holes
  • sprinkle 1 teaspoon of garlic on beef or rub it in on both sides of steak
  • cover meat with sesame ginger salad dressing
  • Let marinate for 2-3 days, 1 day at the minimum
  • Before placing in oven sprinkle on optional ginger
  • Put beef in aluminum foil with mushrooms and onions on top
  • Cook at 425 for 20 minutes (maybe more depending on how u like ur steak)
  • Leave in foil for 5-8 minutes after cooking because the meat continues to cook (meat temperature will rise 5 to 10 degrees after it is removed from the oven) and the juices redistribute
  • Serve over rice and enjoy!
