Garlic Sesame Ginger Steak

- 3/4 cup Newman's Sesame ginger salad dressing (enough to cover beef) shopping list
- 3/4 lb of beef stew beef OR 2 beef chuck steak shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger (optional) shopping list
- 3/4 cup onions and mushrooms shopping list
How to make it
- Put meat in tupperware container that has lid on it
- poke holes into beef.really go crazy with it, you cant have too many holes
- sprinkle 1 teaspoon of garlic on beef or rub it in on both sides of steak
- cover meat with sesame ginger salad dressing
- Let marinate for 2-3 days, 1 day at the minimum
- Before placing in oven sprinkle on optional ginger
- Put beef in aluminum foil with mushrooms and onions on top
- Cook at 425 for 20 minutes (maybe more depending on how u like ur steak)
- Leave in foil for 5-8 minutes after cooking because the meat continues to cook (meat temperature will rise 5 to 10 degrees after it is removed from the oven) and the juices redistribute
- Serve over rice and enjoy!
