I love this easy crockpot recipe for scalloped potatoes and ham.

Ingredients
  • 8-10 potatoes, sliced
  • 2 c. ham, cubed
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (10 3/4oz) can cream of mushroom soup

Directions
  1. Layer ingredients one at a time into crockpot in order listed in ingredients into a 5 quart slow cooker. Do not mix. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
