Ingredients

2 (1/4 lb) hamburger patties

1 c. cubed potatoes

1 small bag baby carrots

1/2 cup onion, diced

salt (to taste)

pepper ( to taste)

worchestershire

Directions

Take 2 large squares of foil (12 inches or so) and spray them with a little bit of cooking spray (Or use non-stick foil). On each piece of foil place 1 patty, 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 of the carrots, 1/4 cup onion, salt, pepper, and drizzle a little worchestershire over the top. Fold sides up over food and secure. Bake on the grill for 1 hour. OR you can also bake these in a 400 degree oven for an hour if it is cold our or you do not own a grill.
