Creamy Kofta

- 4 Tbsp Heavy Cream shopping list
- 1/2 C Low fat evaporated milk shopping list
- For Kofta : shopping list
- 2 potatoes , peeled , cubed , boiled and mashed shopping list
- 1 chicken breast , skinned , deboned and minced in a blender shopping list
- 2 tbsp corriander leaves , chopped finely shopping list
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp gram flour shopping list
- 1 tsp chilli pwd shopping list
- 2 tsp corriander pwd shopping list
- 1/2 tsp meat pwd and corn flour shopping list
- Pinch of salt and tumeric shopping list
- gravy : shopping list
- 1 onion , sliced shopping list
- 2 tomatoes , sliced shopping list
- Handful of cashewnuts shopping list
- 2 tbsp grated coconut shopping list
- 1 inch ginger and 4 cloves garlic , sliced shopping list
- cinnamon 1 inch , 2 cloves , 1/4 tsp cumon seed , 1/2 tsp fennel seeds shopping list
- Meat pwd 1/2 tsp shopping list
- salt to tatse shopping list
How to make it
- Kofta :
- Mash everything and roll into 16 balls .
- Deep fry and set aside .
- Gravy :
- In 2 tbsp olive oil , roast everything .
- Cool it completely and blend it in a blender to make paste .

- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil .
- Add the Paste , fry 3 mins .
- Add the milk and 1/2 C water .
- Add the koftas and let it boil .
- Drizzle the cream on top .
- serve HOT .
